Saha Appointment Setting Services provides custom, time-based appointment setting and scheduling support. Because our services involve real time, communication effort, call attempts, scheduling work, and follow-up tasks performed personally by Sharmi Saha, our refund policy reflects the nature of this work.

Services Are Custom and Time-Based

Appointment setting is a service based on:

  • Time spent on scheduling tasks and coordination
  • Phone call attempts and follow-up communications
  • Calendar organization and appointment tracking
  • Lead follow-up messages and outreach efforts
  • Administrative support work performed on your behalf

Once work has begun, time and effort have been expended that cannot be recovered. This is why our refund policy distinguishes between work that has not started and work that is in progress or completed.

Before Work Has Started

If you have paid for services and work has not yet started, you may request a refund. Refund requests in this category will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund before work begins, contact Sharmi Saha directly at sharmisaha1@hotmail.com or 224-432-4029.

After Work Has Started

If work has already begun — including but not limited to initial scheduling tasks, call attempts, follow-up messages, calendar setup, or any administrative coordination — a partial refund may apply at the discretion of Saha Appointment Setting Services, depending on the amount of work completed.

In cases where a significant portion of the agreed work has been completed, no refund may be available. The specific determination will be made based on the scope of work performed relative to the total agreed service.

Non-Refundable Work

The following types of completed work are generally not refundable once performed:

  • Completed phone call attempts to leads or prospects
  • Scheduling tasks that have been executed
  • Follow-up messages or emails sent on your behalf
  • Calendar coordination and appointment confirmations completed
  • Administrative support work already delivered
  • Time spent reviewing your lead list, instructions, or project details

Refunds are not provided based on the outcome of calls, lead response rates, appointment show rates, or sales results. Appointment setting services are performed-effort services — results depend on many factors outside our control.

No Guarantee of Results

Saha Appointment Setting Services does not guarantee a specific number of booked appointments, confirmed meetings, or sales conversions. Refunds are not issued on the basis that expected results were not achieved. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information on service limitations.
